Phones use two codes.
The sim's code, known as the password, which is 4 digit in number, and whose default is set by your network.
It also uses a lock code, which is attached to the phone. It is also known as security code. It's default is usually set by the phone's company.
If your problem is that of sim password, call your mobile service operators.
