The clue is in the water temp. light flashing. DF means that the
temperature sensor is faulty. Replace it with a new one. Turn power off
at wall. Remove the 3 screws & open panel. Sensor is plugged onto
control board near the middle top of board & goes down into the base
of the control panel at the middle where the water enters the machine.
Unplug from the board taking care not to damage the pins on the board.
Replace the new one making sure the o-ring is on it. Close up panel
& turn power back on. All fixed!
DF means the temperature sensor is faulty. Replace it. Get a new one from your Simpson agent. Turn power off. Open panel by removing the 3 screws at the rear of panel & swing it up. If you are standing behind the machine look on the left hand side at the top of the circuit board. You will see a small white plug with 3 wires (red-white-black) Very carefully pull this plug toward you off the 3 pin base. The other end is the sensor pushed into the water inlet chamber. Pull it out. Push new sensor into water chamber (make sure black rubber o-ring is on it) Push wiring plug back onto 3 pin base. It can only go on one way. Do not force it or twist it as the 3 pins can be easily broken or damaged. Then close panel & power up.
