To reset or pair your bluetooth device you need to put the device into discovery mode.To do this most manufactures use the power button,by holding the power button down for 8 to 10 seconds while turning the device on it should put it into discovery mode.Usually a light will remain on then you can find or search from your phone for new device.Once your phone has discovered the device it will ask for a pin\pairing code .Once again most manufactures use a 4 digit pin\pairing code they are as follows,0000,1234,9999, or 1111,try them in this order one will work. Hope this helps

After I complet a call I still get some static in the headset. right now its been going on for 10 minutes. its at a very low volume but annoying

Making sure the headset is fully charged, you'll probably want to try and pair the headset to your phone again. Make sure that any bluetooth devices are removed from the phone. Removing the battery (if possible) for about 15 seconds helps to reset the phone. Follow the pairing instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro.

I cannot hear anything. Headset is paired and connected, but I cannot hear anything at all.

You want to remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Purge from the phone pairing information for your Voyager Pro headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro. That should get some sound back in your headset.

Plantronics voyager pro plus is connected and paired with blackberry tour. when a call is coming in, I cannot answer or hang up the phone from the bluetooth headset.

Make sure that your Blackberry's headset mode is activated. If the headset mode is turned on in the Blackberry menu and settings, you may also need to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.
