The problem is either there's no water in the pipelines going to the machine, the water valves are not working or stuck closed, the pressure switch is stuck in the full position, or the pressure hose is blocked. Check first and make that water is running through the inlet hoses.
Disconnect power and remove screws on the back of the top panel then pull the panel backward and upward as shown.
Once the top panel is off, locate the pressure switch with a small clear hose attached to it. Detach the hose then blow air down into the hose and into the pressure switch. Also check the pressure hose for clogs or kinks and tap the pressure switch gently to free a possible stuck or welded contacts. Reattach the pressure hose then reconnect power and start the machine.
Re-disconnect power and disconnect and pressure switch wire harness if water still doesn't come in. Reconnect power and restart the machine. Replace the pressure switch if water starts to come in with the wire harness disconnected. Replace the water inlet valve if it clicks and doesn't click back right away but water still doesn't come in.
