When the LSU cleaning motor

is driven, an error signal is

detected continuously for 1 s.

Defective connector

cable or poor

contact in the connector.

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity

of the connector cable. If none, replace

the cable.

The call service 2000 is about the main motor. Pull the Developer Unit and then the drum unit out of the printer and check if the gears on both units are moving freely. Then turn the printer on without the 2 units and see if the motor is functioning. If your the motor moving then the message displays on printer will be 7410 (because you have the drum unit outside). There is a possibility that the transfer roller is damaged.

Needs a service, either call your photocopier service company or find one on google.

If you get the Engine Panic error message, you need to turn the power switch off and then back on again. If that doesn't fix the error, contact a service representative to help resolve the problem.

1. From from you have mentioned, I understand that that there has been a fault in your printer's software programming , this is usual for such "contact service" errors, this error not just come up in printer , but also in mobile phones and other such electronic devices.
2. I would recommend you to take the printer to the authorized service center so that they can repair it for free if it's under warranty or guarantee , or they may replace this as a defective production.
3. Please make sure you don't open up any seals on the which exist on the printer to not void warranty , in case it's still under warranty.
4. If it's not under warranty , then you should take it to the kyocera service center so that they can re-install the software in your printer for you.

The message is indicating that you do not havea real Kyocera toner installed in the machine.

The error indicates -

Engine PWB EEPROM error Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Causes - Improper installation engine PWB EEPROM. Check the engine PWB EEPROM installation,
- Defective engine PWB. Replace the engine PWB

IF turning the printer off and unplugging then plugging back in and turning back on doesn't correct the problem I would suggest you contact an authorized Kyocera service center such as www.gfbm.net.

Zero cross error. Could be the power source PWB or the control PWB bad.

0150 - Engine PWB EEPROM error. Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Solutions:
1. Switch the printer OFF; unplug the power cable; wait 20 seconds; plug in the power cable; switch the power ON, If the error comes back follow the next solutions:
2. Update / Burn the latest firmware version. You may need to call a Kyocera Service Provider because you need a CF card (compact flash memory card) and the FIRMWARE.
3. Replace the Engine PWB (a board) - again you have to call a Kyocera Service Provider.

Your drum unit is not seated correctly. Look inside for a bent drum ground clip.
