your door switch is the problem,where the door latch goes into the machine a little switch sites behind this a safety feature and if this is broke the machine will still switch on but will not work it will need replaced they are cheap.adrianxxx
Hi, First try to load the drivers for the system. Go to dell website provide the service tag and try to install the drivers. If this does not work then take the back up of data and do a simple factory restore.Check out my blog Click here

the off balance sensor won't adjust the load,, it will notify you if the load is so far out of balance that it needs to be re adjusted . I hope this reply doesn't effect the rating I will receive :)
There is a hard reset button under the sticker at the bottom of the
unit. It is located directly under the check mark on the sticker. Once you get it going fully charge the unit then go to the Garmin website and register and update your 255w. I will attach the link to the Garmin Site. Thanks for using FixYa
