I have an LG front loader washing maching, model# WM2277H* I have changed both the hot/cold water value and the washer is still leaking.

The main causes your washing machine is not filling with water MAY BE:

1. One of the water valves (hot or cold) supplying the washer with water has been turned off or closed.
2. Your washer has a shutoff valve on the back that may be in the closed position.
3. There may be a water filter on your washer that is clogged and tells the washer computer (control board) to not allow water to enter.
4. A hose or water connector on the back or inside the washer is defective or clogged.

not sure on that one most machines are cold fill now,,think it is to do with the valves been closed , even though the machine is in a cold wash it registers a fault when any of the valves are closed

I take it you mean you cleaned out mesh inserts in the entry side of the hot and cold water valves?
Inside the valves are rubber diaphragms which when they age, perish......a bit like you and me!

Provided voltage is being applied to the valves you will hear them "Buzz" when the time is for water to enter the machine. If they buzz but do not allow water entry, they need to be replaced.

door gasket damaged(torn)
Dispenser fault
Lint filter door not fully closed
It sounds like you might have a damaged outer bowl, broken by a foreign object(coin, wire,screw)

I clean mine with plain hot water and a rough towel. Then I fill the dispenser with hot water and run a light wash cycle.

The water supply lines for the LG WM2277H are the same as almost all clothes washers sold in the US, which are standard garden hose threads, and use a standard garden hose washer.

OE is a drain error - Check there isn't a kink in your drain hose, ensure the filter is clean, the drain hose can become clogged with sludge, sometimes a hot wash with 1/2 a cup of vinegar will remove this sludge

Try sliding the panel backwards it should slide off.. Hopefully this should do the trick

check hot and cold inlet vavle with meter...do you fell them humming,,or vibrating...
