I'm currently using webroot spyware. Though Mozilla and iTunes were working fine before I installed, after I installed the Spy Sweeper and then updated Mozilla and iTunes, they have been unable to connect to the internet. I believe this is because the Spy Sweeper is blocking their access, although since I haven't updated IE since installation it still functions fine. Help please?

Click on your tool icon at the top right of your screen(might look like a gear). Click on internet options. In the window that pops up click on security tab. Click on the trusted sites icon then click on the sites box. Scroll through the site and make sure the sites are in there and that the "enable protected mode" box isn't checked and exit. Click on tools again and internet options. This time click on the "privacy tab" and adjust your level to "allow all cookies and exit. This should work for you. Does your spyware have it'sown firewall?
