Maytag washer tub will not spin.

There is a clutch assembly under the tub that controls the tub and the agitator. It sounds like the problem is with that.

My Kenmore washer drains after the rinse cycle but won't spin at the end of it's cycle. If I manually set it to the spin cycle, it spins just fine. Desperate!!! The lid switch was just replaced about

Possible there is problem with the timer controller unit. It seems that the stepper motor is not moving to the next cycle until you manually move it to the spin. You can use some contact cleaners on the switch and also carefully try to see if the timer moves within , replacement is a costly issue and must be debated

I have a kenmore washer model # 110.20722990 will agitate but will not move to the next cycle to drain or spin

If you can manually move the timer to spin and it works replace the timer. If you move to spin and it does not work, replace the lid switch.

Will not spin

You have either a bad lid switch, a bad drive coupling or a bad timer. If you can move the timer dial to spin manually and turn it on and it spins the lid switch is good and the timer is bad. If you manually move it to spin and the motor runs with no spin, the drive coupling is bad. If you manually move it to spin and nothing happens, the lid switch is bad.

Does not spin in most cycles

It sounds like your timer is defective.  If this is the case you will have to replace it.

Whirlpool filling and washing, not draining, rinsing or spinning

Check out your outlet filter, probable it is clogged. Clean this out and refit. Most cases when the drain or spin does not work, it is the filter. This is a suggestion.
