Mostly this problem exists in 3D printing. It is tied with driver compatibility. Use Windows XP mode. I think this will fix it. If not working after this, try reinstalling driver after restart and run the program in compatibility mode again. Shop Easy 3D Printing

I had the same problem and I called tech support and they said the problem is with your video drivers in Windows Vista. You have to change the compatibility mode the program uses.
Right click the Desktop icon that starts the program, then click on properties, then click the compatibility tab, then put a check mark by the XP entry, then look down in the same window to the settings and disable Desktop Composition, click apply and then OK. This worked for me.
