Listening in since the 60's

Repeatedly pressing the HOLD key will advance the unit through all channels and bring up anything that you've programmed into it, and repeatedly pressing the SVC key will advance the scanner through the preprogrammed services (police, fire, marine, etc.). Find the frequency you want at Radiofreq.com or RadioReference.com To program your scanner,press manual,enter the channel,press manual,enter the frequency including the decimal point,press E. If you make a mistake,press CLR to erase

If it's new it should have come with a manual, but you can download and print one at www.uniden.com.

The 92 does not have a separate/dedicated weather band feature, but you can program individual NOAA frequencies into it. Weather broadcast frequencies are: 162.400 MHz : 162.425 MHz : 162.450 MHz : 162.475 MHz : 162.500 MHz : 162.525 MHz : 162.550 MHz.
