My phone is bluetoot not working - Motorola Mobility ROKR E6 Smartphone

Default your Bluetooth's settings and make sure the recipients Bluetooth device is supported and is on. Also check the recipients storage capacity and make sure it has enough to store the received files.
You can transfer Bluetooth's default storage settings by selecting an external storage like memory card.

just delet all content in bluetooth (or)restore setting

they have to option to transer your ms word files to your nokia n97
1st you need a bluetoot device then coonect to your pc then if you see the blue tooth just click your item you want to send to your phone right click it then send via blue tooth then they search for devices make sure that your phone bluetoot is open 2nd you need a card reader and take it off your memory card out then put it to your computer then copy your files then go to my computer then you see your memory card then paste it there.. :)

The bluetooth is already been setup in your phone, all you have to do is switch it on to have it activated. To activate, go to to your phones connectivity and switch it on or activate.

there is no problem with your bluetoot or the notebook, that is just one of the step to install your bluetoot device, mean the driver need to detect your bluetoot device. that's it

Goto your settings and then connectivity menu seleect Bluetooth to ON

*#7370# for soft reset or *#7870# for hard reset.
