Click the option of the contact you want to call then look for call then choose video call or dial the number then quit, and back to dialed numbers click option, call video call.
N72 is not a 3g phone.
- Make sure you are in 3G covered area and your partner have 3G device which support front camera for video call
- make a usual call, after connected click option and choose video call option
