Hello Olga, this problem is normally caused by something on the power/inverter board (normally a transformer or a capacitor). If you are technical you can open up the TV and see what component is bad, you can normally tell because the component will leak or in the capacitors case be puffy. If you are not that technical you can also open the unit and simply pull all the plugs from the power/inverter board (big brown board on the left hand side when TV is facing down), take off all the screws, and replace the whole board.
