    got washer whirlpool model awoe 9558 6th sence 9kilo drum fault f13 will not reset wat can i do any answers out there and it takes its time for panel to lite up

Hi again,
Whirlpool AWO 'F13' decodes as 'dispenser circuit failure'. If you have tried switching off and back on again and it is still there I suspect it means that you will have to call an engineer. Sorry ;-0(

What is error code f13?
The F13 fault code on this type of range indicates that the EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) on the control board is bad. This can be caused by a power surge or glitch through the electrical lines. You can try to reset the control board by completely unplugging the range (or shutting off the breaker) for 5 minutes. I have a F13 fault that wont reset on a AWOE9759. I do not know what a F13 fault is but i have tried what it says to do in the manual. Please help.
F13 Error = Dispenser circuit error
If the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to it's proper position.

 Potential Causes

• Check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser.
• Check Wire Harness connections to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check Dispenser Motor

Replace failed component.

Above are the codes and meanings.
The "F13" error code means "Bad EEPROM identification/Checksum error".

If reseting the power does not help then according to Frigidaire suggested corrective action the electronic oven control (aka EOC) has to be replaced.

- The part number for the EOC is AP3874704

Control's internal memory may have
become corrupted.

1- Press Cancel key.
2- If fault returns disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and
reapply power.
3- If the problem persists upon power-up replace the display
board.

Fault f13
Hi. F13 indicates dryer fan motor or thermistor problem
If you can't hear the fan motor running on the dry cycle then it is probably faulty.
