If you are hearing an intermittent beeping sound at the start of the computer, its an indication that there is a locked key, if not it can be within your Windows.Create another Profile/Account and check if the same thing happens.
Enter BIOS Setup. At the Dell logo
press F12 --> BIOS/System Setup. If the same occurs then its possible that a certain key is locked. Run the

press F12--> Diagnostics )a an
Extended Diagnostics --> Custom Test then do the
Keyboard test you can test your keyboard's keys one by one to identify which key is locked. If under Warranty, call Dell Tech support, replacing the keyboard will resolve the issue.
However, if already out of warranty, you can try using an
Compressed Air Duster can and spray it to your keyboard's keys to be cleaned up.
