I always want to take picture and print it in my brother printer, i bought this 4"x6" photo paper but most of the time the printer doesnt feed the photo paper...., although i set all printing preference for its compatibility. what should i do?

Make sure the end tab in the paper tray is not too tight. The tab where you set the paper length. The paper should have about 1/16 inch space and not hold the paper too tight.

dont use thick photo paper like 230 gsm up, instead use 180 gsm papers. but if you dont want to waste the purchased thick photo papers, you can open the back and manually insert the paper once the printing process started. i tried this as a trial & error basis until i had perfected it.... hope it works with yours.

I think you have a paper jam or some other tiny objects like a paper clip or the like blocking the ADF(Automatic Document Feeder) roller. You should open your ADF and check for anything obstructing the roller. If you see something just pull it off close the ADF and turn on the printer.
