There are two little screws that you turn counter clockwise and the needle should then be easily pulled straight down. If you have problems take it to dealer for support.

The needles can be replaced but need to be secured by riveting and or epoxy glue. Most often the needle plate is cracked and neither of above will hold
to do it right. Replace the entire needle plate.

Replace needle on a Huskylock 905

Look in your owner's manual for needle replacement procedure. You have to unscrew the small screw holding the needle.
Be careful that the new needle is properly seated before screwing it tight. Otherwise, you might end up with it slightly askew.

Sewing machine skips stitches
1.needle inserted incorrectly
flat side of the needle faces the shaft
round needle
groove of needle faces away from the shaft

Correct needle insertion is mandatory for proper use
Raise the needle bar to the highest point, then loosen the clamp screw to remove the needle.
Place the new needle in the clamp with the flat side of the needle facing the back of the machine.
If round needle--the groove in the needle faces away from the shaft
Push needle all the way up to the stop or as far as it will go.

3.possible bent needle--lay needle on flat surface & roll needle over, if the needle does not roll good -replace

How do you change an embellisher needle

Unlike some other machines, you do not need to replace the entire needle shank when a needle breaks. The Embellisher comes with two alan key screwdrivers for changing needles. Insert the larger screwdriver at the red marking to loosen the entire needle shank. Remove the needle shank from the Embellisher and use the smaller screwdriver to loosen and remove the needle(s) you wish to change. Replace with new needle and tighten into position with small screwdriver. Then simply replace the needle shank with the red marking facing the front (towards you).
