I just bought Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P100 last month, but now somehow Camera feature is not working. There's message says: "Warning: Camera failed" pops up on screen whenever I want to use camera feature ( taking fhoto, etc ..) Please help because when I brought the unit to Samsung service center here, they insisted the unit to be checked and needs about 4 weeks to repair !!

Good day. I''m afraid you might have accidentally got the Operating System of your Samsung Tab corrupted. Im referring to your firmware. Usually if the firmware upgrade failed you need to retry it until it be successful. If you restart it or discontinue the process it will cause your Samsung Tab to be corrupted resulting into failure of the boot up process. You might need to contact samsung tech support for this or bring your equipment to the nearest center. They might need to check the software install and usually their software specialist will fix it for you. Sorry for what happen with your tab but i know the samsung repair center can fix it for you. In order ot hard reset your Samsung Galaxy Tab you need to perform the following steps: Be aware that this will erase everything!
1. Turn the device off 2. while the device is turned off press and hold the volume up button and the power button 3. release the power button when you see the samsung logo appear. (Do not let go of the volume up button until you see the recovery screen) 4. use the volume button to naviagte through the menu until you find an option titled Wipe data / Factory reset 5. once you fin that option, highlight it and press the home button. 6. press the volume up button to continue
Your galaxy tab will now start the hard reset process, do not touch anything until it is complete
