Why my face book account appears only in words

I just had that problem. Fire Fox would not allow me to open Fix Ya. a box came up and asked me if I wanted them to open this site I said yes and now I am on.

type in your name for facebook and next to it it will say forgot your password click on that and follow the prompts

go into face book ---find accounts --- open accounts and edit the area you want.

From the face book menu bar shown above, click on the down facing arrow (last icon).
On the drop down list that appears, select Settings
Finally select 'Password' and edit it by entering your current and New password

I can't see Facebook letting you start another account with the same address and pass word. What may have happened you have managed to login to your old account . It is rather involved to close the account, Instructions are on the Facebook site. If you login to the site after closing the account ,within a stated period the account will reopen, so don't try and login again.

open face book on the web. open account with face book using a user name and pass word and when completed you should be in. if you already have an account then go to can't remember password/user name and you will get help from facebook

Change all your passwords. Log out of all devices in settings on Facebook

If you wish the log in to your Facebook account, you will first have to log out of your husband's Facebook account. To do so, kindly click the "Account" tab at the top-right of the Facebook page and select "Logout" from the drop-down menu. (See attached image)

mcdevito75 here, Most likely you can"t. At facebook sign in--click on forgot pass word and change it, or maybe face book can send it to you. Or call face book at 650-543-4800 at promt. extn. 5200 Hope this helps.
