The first thing to try is to unplug the unit for 30 minutes and plug it back in and try it. If the unit had a temporary glitch in the software it should reboot and clear the problem and work. If this does not solve your problem I have a tip at

http://www.fixya.com/support/r6396176-projection_tv_troubleshooting

which will walk you through the troubleshooting procedure for a crt projection tv.

Thanks for using FixYa and for the great rating.

Why do my rpm's go up and down , windows wont run down and battery starts smoking if I keep driving ,then it wont start . Checked the alternator and its not over charging ?

Sounds like you have a short in your electrical system. Try putting a multimeter between the battery and battery terminal when everything is turned off to see if you still see a large current draw.

Car wont turn over

Either the battery is dead (or has bad connections) or the starter is dead. When you turn the key a small electrical current is sent to the starter, which in turn sends a large current to the motor.

I have a starting problem problem with my 2006 dodge durango. this problem does not happen at all attempts to start but when it happens i get a clicking sound and have toget the truck boost started. i had...

It sounds like your starter solenoid (relay) is failing. The clicking is a classic symptom. It's time to have it replaced.

A starter solenoid (or starter relay) is the part of an automobile which relays a large electric current to the starter motor, which in turn sets the engine in motion .In many vehicles the solenoid also engages the starter pinion with the ring gear of the engine.

The starter solenoid receives a large electric current from the car battery and a small electric current from the ignition switch. When the ignition switch is turned on, a small electric current is sent to the starter solenoid. This causes the starter solenoid to close a pair of heavy contacts, thus relaying a large electric current to the starter motor, which in turn sets the engine in motion. The starter motor is an electric motor that initiates piston motion in a car's internal combustion engine before it can power itself.

Dryer wont turn on about 5-years old we bought on saturday it ran for about 10 minutes and shut off and will not restart. When you hit the on button you can hear what sounds like electrical current but...

Hi there, the electrical current hum is coming from the motor. there has been a failure within the motor windings and you will have to replace or repair this electrical motor. this will fix your dryer.

Before you purchase the motor, i would recommend checking all wire harnesses for lose connections and corroded contact clips as well. if the wires are connected and the wire harnesses are in good condition, replace the dryer motor.

Please rate and god bless:)

My camera is broken

Well, I hate to say it but that sounds like a job where you're going to have to pry open the shell, or take it to an electronics shop and have them do it. What most likely happened is that one of the wires, resistors, Capacitors (the capacitor makes an electric current larger, resistor makes it smaller) was disconnected, so the power cannot get the the motherboard (main "computer") and power the camera.
