Problem: got software installed, phone connected via usb, pc studio shows shg-G600 connected, but when i click on phone explorer in pc studio, then get error messages : either that anoter pc studio performing timeconsuming operation (??? what other ? ), or just unknown error, showin 'not connected in phone explorer! HELP... already installed/ uninstalled all, and updated all... and it has worked before , just not any longer now?! usb settings on phone set to Samsung pc studio....
Try this, I had a the same problem as you guys + found this on a web

after a while you have to do this over again. I am wishing I never

Unplug usb cable from phone
Type *#52828378# into phone
this comes up
1 Trace setting
2 OTA type setting
3 Serial test
4 TFS reset
select 3 serial test
this comes up
1 PPP UP
2 Serial download
3 Run TCK
Select 2 Serial download
Phone will reboot.
Once rebooted, connect usb cable and pc studio will now work.
Guys I have got something :
un-plug (if connected to PC)
turn of your phone
turn it on again
plug-in to PC
choose Connect to Studio 3 if needed (maybe you have it automaticaly set)
and it works
at least for me

i have the same problem aswell. i can connect my phone via mass storage easily but when i try to connect my phone via samsung pc studio its another story.
cant acces contacts or any files. i have tryed to download new PC samsung studio and i ve made all updates aswell, still no effect. i ve tryed to install program on 3 different PCs(2*XP, vista) and still same result
its like there is some wierd problem
has anybody got a better solution to this problem yet? ive searched everywhere and just not getting the problem solved at all.
Only bought the phone G600 yesterday and the help from samsung isnt very helpful at all
I set up the ad hoc oonnetion on my PC and network and sharing says it is waiting for user. I go to my phone and set up and network with the same name and click connect. I get the message No response from AP?
