all you need to do is download skype application from the android market. Skype application is free to download and is free to make calls. But you will require either 3G network or Wifi. Enjoy.
you must click at the forgot your password which is down to the password field.... then it will redirect you to the Skype website there it will ask for the email address, then you have to submit you email id which was associated with Skype id. Then you can recover you password on that email id.
when you install skype you will have the options to join make/id or if already a member to sign in
an Id must consist of letters and numbers just one number will do the Id must be unique skype will automatically search to see if your Id you have made is available eg: yusaf69

Maybe your Skype ID and password does not match. Either you entered the Skype ID or the password incorrectly. If you are not sure of your Skype name & password, try registering a new account instead. This time, better keep the Skype name and password, don't ever forget it. =)
