In not sure what foxtel is but if it is some sort cable provider some have there own picture size settings. it may be accessible through the picture settings on the cablebox if not you will have to ask the provider to help you go through the service mode to change the picture size. just knowing all other inputs are showing okay would lead me to suspect whatever plugged into the source. one more thing to verify is to plug in a dvd player or game console and see if that is zoomed in. if its not then your "foxtel" is to blame.

How do I fix the zoom on the tv?

Press the settings or menu button on your remote. There should be an option for aspect ratio. Set it to widescreen or 16:9

When I swicht on the tv it swicht off by itself 5 seconds latter, what's happening

This would point to a fault in the TV that needs to be repaired by a Technician. It could be the capacitors in the power supply as a lot of units used caps that expand and leak and at this point they do not do any filtering but can actually short out the circuit. These can be observed in the power supply section. I have repaired many LCD type displays by replacing caps and they ran well over a year of testing.

Blue screen that says RGB on my vizio

I'm sorry for the difficulties you're experiencing in watching programs on the TV. Since the screen says RGB, it appears that you've selected input as RGB(VGA, also known as PC input). If you have nothing connected to PC input (RGB), please change the input to HDMI or component or what ever it is by using the input button on the Remote of the TV.

In some TVs INPUT Button is labeled as TV/Video. Press it repeatedly to change the input from one to next.

Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require any clarifications.
