Sony STR DE875 5.1 --- It has no display and no sound but it makes a clicking noise at random. Before the display and sound went out it would flash protector when the volume reached a certain point. I disconnected all the speaker wires and unplugged overnight and it did nothing still the same.

Sony STR-D865 Has no display or sound from any speakers

Fuses don't tend to blow on their own. The chances are that there is an overload somewhere. Caused by a shorted part.
There's a video on YouTube of this model and it is full of STK chips mounted on heat sinks. Check all of them out. Look for signs of damage such as burning.

Sony receiver made pop noise and all sound systems went mute.what are my options? STR-DE425 sony receiver with surround sound, dvd player,cd player and tv all connected thru receiver...

It sounds like the output ic's may have failed, because of the complexity of system I would have a professional come and look at the unit for an evaluation, chances are he will need to take it back to the shop for service.

My Sony STR-DG500 wont turn on just clicks once and nothing.

Sounds like faulty psu (pwer suply unit) Amp is going into protection mode. Disconnected all speaker and av wires (only power) turn up volume and see if it stays on. If not psu, sounboard or volume function faulty. If on, connect one speaker L or R. Go to tuner mode to tuned radio station an listen for sounds. If on, connect speakers and av cables one by one and test each one on its own until amp switches off, Investigate from there were problem is. Make sure speakerwires is not shorting out.
