Hi there!

the lcd screen must have been damaged due to the fall. try powercycling the phone (turn off, remove battery, simcard, memory card) leave it like that for 2mins, put everything back in. if the same problem happens, try pressing the sides of the lcd screen, if the screen doesnt respond or theres no change, you have to bring it to the repair shop. they will replace lcd screen.

Assign as an eye comes close to the view finder, the viewfinder should switch on and the display should switch off. When it really does not work correct, I would cal a Sony service centre close to me (in your case one close to you.)

My ANT light comes on when ever i push the mic button but my SWR isnt that high
The meter will be more accurate and an external meter will be even better. If they show good disregard the ant light it is adjustable. It may have been set to sensitive from factory. These erroneous SWR reading can be the side effects of a PEAK & TUNE if the coils have been spread but that should also show on meter.
SWR meter calibrations
  • Switch (S/RF SWR CAL) to the CAL position.
  • Push and hold mic button
  • While holding mic button adjust the SWR CAL knob so the meter needle swings to the CAL mark on the meter
  • While still holding down the mic button, set the (S/RF SWR CAL) switch to the SWR position, to read the SWR reading. Note: When switched to SWR position the meter needle should ideally be as far to the left as possible. Anything over 3 is not acceptable.

Oh, very bad. Think you try remove the battery and insert again, turn on the phone. If it's still show blank screen, maybe your phone was crashed. Bring it to Nokia care, maybe they can help you!

to confirm that the phone is charging, switch on the mobile and charge or turn on the mobile when it is charging.if it doesn't works then try with some other charger,still same there is some problem with the battery r the connection point.check with the vendor.they will definitely assist u.

Format your mobile!
To Format your mobile proceed as follow;
Remember the mobile battery should be fully charged!

Take Out the battery & Insert it again! If the mobile is not ON turn it ON then quickly press Ctrl + Shift + F You see a warning msg saying something like! Do you want to format the phone! Press format & your mobile will be restored to its default factory settings.

   inorder to store wap settings in ur mobile, cal the customer care number from ur mobile...ask them to send the wap settings...shortly, u ll receive a msg with d wap settings in it...store it in ur mobile...  this is d procedure
