We are planning to purchase the above noted washing machine. However, after reading several user comments I am concerned about the "excessive wrinkling" that occurs after washing.
Unbalanced loads are also mentioned several times......do you have to wait until cycle is completed before you can open the washer and adjust the load?
Other concerns mentioned were: white lint spots left on dark clothes after washing as well as torn and damaged clothing.
Consumer Reports rates the Cabrio very high but user comments only put the washer at 3 out of 5 with positive comments.
After reading the user comments I am also concerned about the reliability of the washer.
Could you please respond to my concerns.

Once the spanner nut is removed, which is underneath the wash plate, the tub is designed to lift off the drive shaft, this is often not the case at the the metals often corrode, and fuse together causing non removal. Your water inlet valve (solenoid) is bad and needs replacing. There may be two; one for hot and cold. Either buy both and replace or mess around by trial and error to find the one! Get Both!
