I would like to cancel a print job without losing all of my memory card picture selections. Seems rather silly to lose all your selections if something goes awry with your printer output.

If you are using Windows, you can cancel a print job by opening your Start menu (usually the bottom left corner of your screen) then open Devices and Printers or Printers and Faxes depending on your version of Windows.

Double left-click the name of your printer
Right-click the name of the print job you want to cancel and select cancel print job or right-click a blank part of the printer box and select cancel all print jobs.

Hey bro, im sorry to inform you that there is no way to recover your memory card without losing your data. But if you are fine with losing your data, then try this out.
Put your microSD in a nokia E-Series phone. I'll suggest the Nokia E-65. Now, go to the memory card in the TOOLS folder and select options, and choose FORMAT MEMORY CARD. It will ask you for your confirmation, press yes if you want to, and it will format your card and remove the password. I hope this works for you. Cheers !

Press 2 to exit without canceling.

That should do it for clearing faxes you dont need you can also print off all the faxes in the memory and I believe that clears it.
Enjoy,

Memory Card Requires Formatting

Hey B418,
Formatting will delete all your pictures on your camera or memory card. The camera might be prompting you to format because the the camera's memory is full. To avoid losing your pictures I would connect your camera to a computer, download your images to your computer first, and then format the memory.

Sincerely,
Allan

Memory card formatting

Unfortunately, there is no way to format your card without losing any saved pictures. Sometimes, if you insert your card into other cameras or printing kiosks at walgreens or target, it will work. it's a long shot though. Chances are, you may have to lose your saved pictures :(

Memory card problem

Assuming your camera acts like a removable drive when connected to the PC try the following.

  1. Right click the removable drive(your camera) in my computer and go properties>tools>error checking>tick both boxes>ok
  2. Wait till it finishes and check if you can now view the contents of the card. And copy to safe place straight away.
  3. Try http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/ to recover any deleted files or fragments of damaged files.
  4. Let me know if any of this works.
