I Have canon xerox machine i want connect to my computer

You need an ethernet network of computers
You need to set up the ip addess and subnet mask in the printer via its setup menu . At the very least a ethernet network Switch with static ip addesses for each device , or A router with DHCP server to dynamically assign ip addresses.
you need an rj45 socket on the ir3300 which it should have 802.3 ethernet 10/100 tbase ethernet according to ir3300 specs if it is missing you need a network card to be added to ir3300 by Xerox / Cannon

connect cross lan cable to Computer and IR 3300 then
on machine there is setting button network settings check it setting
and then on computer add printer
add new printer
local printer
creat new port
next tcp/ip
add ip address of machine then next
then it demands for drivers have a disk and browse for driver path

are u connect through lan cable ?

machine is showing data is receving mean there is green light blink when data is receving

if not blinking

then there is stuff with ur IP adress

just try to ping ur machine IP

if it replay then ok

other wise check ur settings

first of all you will have to down load the drivers from the canon site for the print driver.. then it should be instaled on your computer. when you connect the copier via usb or network port on the machine your computer will ask you for the drivers go auto install or if when you install you put the drivers to a folder on your desktop you can manually select this folder it should run through the install from there and then if you look in the printer window on you desktop it should show the copier.. right click on it then print test page to see if it has installed properly if it doesnt just check the port setting to make sure you have it set up for network or usb
