Subzero 650 bottom freezer is pooling water under the veggie drawer

It sounds like the defrost drain is plugged

Just above the veg drawers at the back is a channel that collects water when the fridge defrosts. It has a hole to drain the water which is blocked and the water is pooling under the drawers. Clear the hole with a drinking straw.

That water is from the melting frost of the automatic defrost cycle. Their is drain in the freezer behind the back wall under the evaperator coil that is blocked, so instead of defrost water draining it's pooling in the freezer or in some case espically on models with the freezer on the top,the water is leaking from the freezer vents into the fresh food compartment.
The way to clear the drain is remove back plate and remove all ice build up and GENTLY make a small hole in drain through then totally flush w/warm water.
The exact location of drain is under the coil behind back freezer plate in the center

make sure your ice tray in in the righ position. really important. the tray have to press the ice maker switch. or bad ice maker or bad water valve. also make sure to press the ice maker key. in the display. ONLY IN NEW MODELS

this is just condensation as the fridge is not frost free.try placing a sheet of tissue in the bottom of the salad drawer and one under it, take out about once a week to keep dry

hi , i can help you with that.
open the freezer back wall after taking all things from your freezer out.
on the bottom center of the freezer back wall there is a drain hole,
defrost all the ice with hair dryer and wipe it with a towel.
this hole should be free all the way to the drain pan next the compressor.
clean it with hot water and a pump...

unit is most likely frosted over. bets thing to do is turn control for freezer to off for 24 hours, put down some towels for the water and prop the drawer open at least 6 inches. Then turn back to normal setting and allow 12 hours minimum for normal tenperature

Honestly I can't think of any cause for this that wouldn't require a qualified servicer. Most likey one of the drains is blocked and they make heaters to correct the issue

Make sure the condenser is clean. Instructions are in your manual or subzero.com. If cleaning it doesn't work call for service
