I canceled my subscription over a month ago they told me I would not be charged again I just received a charge for 28 dollars this us unactable..ive already reported
I want my money back now! I was charged three times on the same date for a $2.97 three day trial. I text stop several times and tried deleting my account in order to cease the billing but it didn't work.Now i didn't enjoy your site and im still getting a monthly charge of 28.99 and the second one just cleared on the third of this month. 5111-0158 is my card #. You need to call your bank and talk to the Fraud Department tell them you did not tell them to keep taking out the money. They stop it do an investigation reissue you a new card. and in 4-19 bussiness day hopefully get your money back.The CCupid.Com is out of Scotland and there are a lot of scams going on with them.

I only subscribed to the 3 day trial, and that was back in january. For some odd reason I keep getting billed for 28 dollars every month which is not suppose to happen..I clicked on the cancel repeat billing icon and I'm still getting billed. With all due respect I demand a refund on the last 3 times I was billed.

You got lucky they took $39.99 dollars then charged me for an excort service for $99.00 from cali.i live in florida.Plus the three day trial they need to be shut down.Called them and got someone in Scotland saying give me your credit card number no way .They said email support I though they were support THEY NEED SHUT DOWN.
