I am trying to thread my machine. i successfully threaded the bobbin, but when i put the bobbin in my machine to thread it in with the needle to start sewing, the thread keeps getting jammed and wrapped around everything down in the bobbin holder area. (I'm not a pro sewer) I kept trying and then started all over with a new bobbin. Still was doing it. I know how to place the bobbin in the holder and thread the needle and everything, but my machine keeps getting a jammed up.

Are you making sure that your pressure foot is up when you thread the upper thread? If it isn't then your thread is not seating correctly in the tension disks. It will then be loose and make a birds nest(mess) under what you are trying to sew. The other thing to check is which way you are putting the bobbin into the bobbin case, different machines do it different ways. Some want the thread to come out of the case in the same direction as the slot on the case and some want it to come off in the opposite direction.
Guest,
Probably when your son broke the needle he knocked it out of time. You will need to have a sewing machine technician to repair that.
Hope this has been helpful for you bothl Liz M

I am having the same problem. Unfortunately, first my son tried to sew something way too thick for the needle, and he broke the needle. The entire thing jammed. I took everything apart and put it all back together. I even tried to re-oil as they suggested. The inside jams then the need seems to hit the shuttle hook inside the bobbin area. I tired redoing the inside numerous times and reset the new needle but nothing helps.
Anyone????
how do you thread the the thread in the part of the machine in the middle between the thread spool holder and the needle
I no longer have the user manual and have not used the machine in years. I'm trying to thread the bobbin correctly but when I sew the needle gets jammed in the bobbin area
I've threaded the bobbin correctly, and the machine says sp when I slide the bobbin holder over, the motor runs, but the bobbin does not spin. Help?
