Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning!

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up on the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
John C

I have a cda washer dryer, C19701N. Whenever I try to use it the water fills but the error code E 11 comes up and the drains the water and beeps, I've looked in the manual but this code does not exist!...

Seems the general consensus is that it is taking longer to fill than time allowed. Check that both hot and cold inlet filters are clean.

Suggest you call CDA direct to get a definitive answer.

CDA dishwasher model CW445, keeps draining will not run through cyscle as it thinks it needs to drain! Constantly making a "gargling" noise if I manually fill with water cysle starts but system...

Ours did the same....last week. Would not work for a few days...in the end i took the spinning rotor arms off that spray the water. The nozzles looked blocked ...used tootbrush to clear nozzles. Put arms back on and it is now working. Wife thinks we have had the problem before...(just going thru cycle) but it cleared itself.
Not impressed by the dishwasher but the oven & hob are working ok. Hope this helps.

When the dryer has finished the machine has water in it

I'm working on this one. I have a C1993 with the same; the drum is not draining or spinning properly to remove excess water before drying cycle. Some advice for the C1993 suggests removing and cleaning the pump as it might be blocked. I'll give it a go.

possible drain pump has a foreign object in it - access the impellor to see what you find or possible the pump has in fact failed. if you can hear a faint humming noise when should be draining, that indicates somkething jammed in the pump
