I have a Kodak EasyShare C875 model digital camera. When I turn it on, I get a blue screen that says error #B03, See User's Guided. I've tried all the things in the user's guided that it tells you to do....replace the batteries, take out the memory card, wipe the battery connections with a dry cloth. Nothing seems to help. Any ideas? Is it time for a new camera?

Try a hard reset of camera electronics to factory defaults. If that does not do it, them maybe it is time to go shopping since repair is not cost effective.

Either your PCB board is damaged, your batteries are old, or your AC adapter is providing higher voltage than the required 3 volts.

Hi, the error #B03 indicate that there's software problem and need to be sent to technical service to repair because it can't be repaired manually.

*Many kodak users had face this problem and it wasn't worth it to pay to fix it.

Turn on camera get error B03

THe issue of the camera shutting down and the lens Extending is an internal malfunction. UNited Camera Repair has been able to fix this, at least for me, they did. They replaced the main board and the camera worked when I got it back. Otherwise, if you dont want to spend the money, try installing a new firm ware.....
