I've searched the threads and can't find a solution to my problem. I've been using a LinksysWRT54G wireless router with a Speedstream 4200 modem and everything worked great (DHCP enabled on both devices). I just got a Zhone 6211-I3 ADSL2 modem and whenever I connect it to the router, there's no Internet connection. My ISP and Linksys gave me some advice, but nothing worked. There's a good Internet connection when the modem's connected directly to PC. I've set the router Ip to 192.168.2.1, but still no luck. I'm trying to get it working like the Speedstream did without having to use bridged mode.
Any ideas anyone? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem exactly as discribed. Its frustrating..Please help
same problem for me too
Update: It works now without adjustment to DHCP or using bridged mode. The issue was one of addressing. Manually changing the router's address didn't work, but I installed the app Network Magic and it reassigns the router address successfully. No problems now.
