On the back of the unit at the bottom, there should be a tube that you can pull off and it is probably clogged. You might need to get a towel or something to catch the water that is in the drain line. Also, be careful to get the tube back into the drain pan ( under the refrigerator) so that it doesn't drain onto the floor. This tube is attached to the line that comes from the freezer. water is shed during defrost. I had to do this about a month ago on my refrigerator at home.

It may be the fact that your evaporater pan is not working. The freezer and fridge have drains inside them. The water inside and condensation go down tube that you see on backside of your fridge. This tube goes into a drainpan in the bottom and than evaporates.
You should also check to make sure your fridge and freezer are cold enough.
