Power button blinks, nothing powers on - eMachines Computers & Internet

A steady or Amber blinking power button indicates a low voltage problem. This can be caused by a defective power supply or a defective motherboard. Just to make sure that nothing else is causing the problem, remove any PCI cards like modem, video card, sound card, etc... Remove the memory modules and disconnect cables to CD/DVD drives. Look at the USB ports to see if any are damaged.

Following step by step resetting canon Pixma iP90 :

• Before resetting printer canon iP90, start with printer power off .
• Press resume button coincide with power button.
• While pressing power button, release resume button.
• Press resume button 2 times and then release both button
• Green LED indocator will blinking and then stopped blinking.
• When the Power LED lights in green, press resume button 4 times.
• Press power button and the printer power will off. otherwise off, depress again power button.
• And the turn on the printer again, your printer canon iP90 should be response as normal.

A Blinking Amber orYellow power button means that the power supply is receiving power from thesource but is unable to properly distribute it to the components. Alright, not sure if this will help, by my understanding is that you are saying that when you power the computer using the power supply adapter, nothing comes on? Then when you have your battery installed on, then there are lights blinking from your battery charger LED amount of times. In this case there are no promblem with your laptop and it is your power supply adapter that is damaged and will need to be replaced. It is not charging the battery. The battery is still good, but does not have enought charge to power up your system. You can find a charger on ebay for a good reasonable price compare to getting it from Hp. I hope this can help you.

If the print cartridges are compatible and correctly installed, they may be defective. Try replacing the print cartridges.

If none of the above suggestions fix the problem, and, if the error message still occurs, it may be a hardware failure. Call the HP Customer Support Center.
