Hi, I have a Motorola V3 and cannot access the Internet. The phone says '413 page cannot be displayed' every time I try to access the net. My provider has gone through everything they possibly can. I have also tried my sim in another phone with no access problems. Can you help? Thanks

Dude delete all your cell ph setting and restore the phone,ask for new setting from ur network provider and save them

hi, what model of Razr do you have please? I read where you said it was a v3 but the v3 do not have the 3g. the v3x, v3xx, and a razr2 v8 all have the 3g. I guess it might be possible for someone to add 3g to a v3 but they don't come with 3g from Motorola as far as I know. You can look under the battery and it should tell you the model.
It sounds like your settings might have gotten changed in your cell phone. You can check your settings by going to at&t support site, then tutorials

you need to contact your mobile service provider to have them assist you with this problem.

you might should see if you can totally wipe the cingular software off your V3 and see about putting t-mobile software on replaceing it. to do this you'll need a usb 2.0 cable to hook it up 2 your computer and some software, sorry but not sure where to get the software.You may also want to see if your provider can fix the problem through your account they may not have your internet turned on correctly through them etc.
