I bought a Phillips TV model # PA7020 C101 at a honel near our place but the TV have only Two channel do you know how i can get all the channel because when i press the menu its only have the caption,sleep and exit.Please help me get all the channel.Thanks

Depends how you have connected to the TV.

You will need to set your TV to the relevant socket you have connected the DVD/VCR into.

S-Video, Component , composite etc

These will be EXT 1 , EXT 2 or AV 1, AV 2 etc.

there is a soft ware upgrade for that problem on there web site you can down load it to a thumb drive and upgrade your set
