the bobbin holder aligns itself incorrectly constantly on mine, you HAVE to use their bobbins too as well as their needles, I cant find replacement needles anywhere!

SOURCE: it jams up

When that happened to me I had to replace the bobbin case-- (the peice of the machine the bobbin goes in.) It wasn't a Brother, though. I'd take it back to the repair shop and tell them it's still doing it.

I have a Euro-Pro 9106. It jammed on me (a couple years ago) and everytime I try to re=use I get a beeping sound. Help. It is a nice machine, don't want to trash it.

Have yo tried switching it on,and gently moving the wheel back and forth? I wonder how it jammed. Was it from thread or fluff?

reading here on a similar model the E1 code can be a blown fuse becouse of a jam up on the bobbin or spoolcase somewhere
you need to take it too a dealer who will replace the bad fuse
and service the machine looking of any bent metal etc that may have occured in the jam state

New Singer 1507 user - cotton jamming everytime

try this link for a free manual just in case you don't have one

if the fabric is real light weight you may have to use a stablizer
also check to make sure the needle is the right one for the fabric being sewed..
make sure the bobbin is turned the correct direction, try putting the bobbin in the opposite direction..
if the machine keeps jamming, take it back up where you bought it and show them what it's doing and see if they can help you..

I have an Elna xe35, everytime I use it, the thread Jams underneath, how do I stop this?

try changing the needle--normally flat side goes to the back of the machine
also make the needle & thread will work for the fabric being sewed
make sure the bobbin is turned the right way & inserted correctly in the bobbin case
make sure that the thread has not come off the thread take up lever
clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for loose thread & lint

E1 error keeps coming up everytime I press the foot controller or start/stop button. Before this happened, the bobbin thread wasn't working. Only bunching lots of threads from top underneath cloth.

E1 means that the main motor is working to hard so the machine is keeping you from burning it up, make sure the handwheel feels smooth when turning if it doesnt clean your hook area and take the side cover off and make sure no thread is caught in the take-up lever

E1 error code.

The pressure foot was up instead of down when I tried to run the machine without sewing something.
