When i power the printer it shows me remove misfeed top cover, and yet there`s no visble misfeed.
when i do a job sometimes its fixed but my recent problem is that it prints Blank Pages yet I`ve just replaced the cartriges! how do I fix This problem?

ERR (990) or ERR (999) are both error messages which are displayed when a sensor does not work normally due to dirtiness. For example, either may be caused by a dirty maintenance unit or clogged ink nozzles. It may be possible to resolve the issue by cleaning the device

 SUBJECT: SC999 OCCURS
SYMPTOM:
An SC999 (Maintenance Stepper Motor Home Position Error) occurs.
CAUSE:
Some of the ink in the machine has dried, and as a result the maintenance stopper motor cannot rotate or
the levers come loose.
NOTE: The following conditions make it easy for the ink to dry up (See Appendix 3 for more details):
- Low humidity
- Long intervals between machine usage
- Total period of usage is long
- Low Print Volume

SOLUTION:
Production Countermeasure:
The shapes of some parts in the Maintenance Unit have been changed in two steps ("Step 1" and "Step 2"
below).
NOTE:
See Appendix 1 for the details of the Step 1 and Step 2 modifications.
See Appendix 2 for the visual differences among the unmodified unit, the Step 1-modified unit, and
Step 2-modified unit.
See UNITS AFFECTED for the Serial Number cut-in of Steps 1 and 2.
Field Countermeasure:
1. Cycle power OFF/ON.
2. Install one of the modified Maintenance Units ("Step 1" or "Step 2").
NOTE: For customers experiencing a SC999, have them contact 1-800 Ricoh38 for replacement.

I replaced the ink waste tank on my Ricoh GX3000 - then it asked for new yellow ink cartridge and I replaced that. Now I have an error code 990 and I can't get rid of it.
bonjour,
allume ton imprimante,puis retire toutes tes cartouches.
eteint l'imprimante.
rallume l'imprimante et remet les cartouches.
le code d'erreur 990 indique de l'air dans les tuyaux.
ça devrait marcher!
