Hi My smurfs village sometimes reverts back to Lv11 especially when I restart my phone, login to gamecentre and update new version. I have to restart my phone and login to gamecentre several times in order to go back to my current lv which is lv 20. Furthermore, my friends can only see me at lv 11 not lv 20. Both of us tried to restart our phones and login to gamecentre to see if it can be fixed. Unfortunately, nothing has changed....please help.....

If you hold down the on/off button and the main centre button on the front of the iPod it should restart the iPod and you should be able to play the game as normal. If not I would restart and delete the app

We have the same issue.

Surfs village is stuck at the orange beeline starup screen.

We've restarted our ipad2, and logged into different game center accounts, yet it is still frozen and won't get past the orange beeline screen.

If everyone has the same problem, hopefully the Smurfs will catch on and release a hotfix very soon!

Have you tried restarting your phone since the update?

After the latest updates, smurf village currently has 35 levels, with 36 and possibly 37 to be added on the next update.

I have the same problem. Only the upper-part of my village is left, and little roads are left. Everything else is gone. I am still in level 24. Gargamel appeared, and it was like all starting over again... I just have 5 smurfs left.

I have the fix to this problem.
Open Smurf Village--> click options--->restart village---> Yes---> Yes, sure-->fast forward through all the talk to get to new village--> Plant garden--->plant crop (you will notice there are no smurfs and the crop will not be planted)--> harvet the crop to the north--> now back out of the village and back to the main screen---> Click play and there you are back at your old village with nothing missing. I have had to do this every other day since the last update.
Current phone is HTC EVO 4G

Did you install the update from the app store that was pushed out today. I think it had bug fixes on it. Please launch your app store on your iDevice and update the app, that should cause the smurf house to reappear on smurf village. Thank you!

Dude I get the same thing it sometimes let's me get to the menu soon as I hit play it goes black and returns to the home screen I've recently reset my iPod and had the updates even the valentines one and still not working , let us know when you get a reply coz I am not wasting my time emailing them if their going to tell me me to start again lol
