Re: The fuser film of hp laserJet 1320 printer is Tear...
The Same thing happened to my HP Laserjet Pro M1536DNF and I am also hoping for a solution soon. I even returned one of my previous HP printers because it was just a pain!

It seems that the fuser film roller is damage and need to be replace. Only tecnichian can fix the problem because they will open the whole printer.Fuser film roller is color orange that u can see through. It is quite damage due to high volume of printing and this fuser film roller start to tear up from sideways. Or the black fuser roller is damage. Just try to clean this with alcohol and see if it works.
Checking the paper path for ink deposits might be the solution. I had a similar problem sometime ago, where the fuser got some scratch damage for unknown reasons and i suppose was causing unfused ink to accumulate after the fuser, leaving streaks on paper.
hi
the reason why its doing that is your fuser needs to be refurbed. the teflon film of the fuser in your printer heats up alot and under the film is a silicon heat resistant compound that turns powdery or drieds out after a while. if the film is ok then your fuser only needs to be cleaned and regreased with new compound and then your printer is as good as new again
