Our washer has not been finishing a load on its own, it says f-21 and flashes, so we have to start a new cycle over, and it leaks water as well! Hope this helps.

the filter/strainer is partially blocked. Take the kick panel or inspection cover off the bottom of the unit at the front(sometimes back) and you will see a round plastic cap that unscrews approx 3" round.After removing it you can pull the strainer out of it and clean it, there may be some residual water so have a towel or tray ready.Hope tis helps, any questions go ahead and ask

1) Make sure wash cycle is 100% finished (sometimes dryer will start before - usu on synthetic cycle & allows water to continue flowing in)

2) Manually start the dry cycle after you ensure wash cycle is finished and push in the wash cycle button.

its probably a blocked water filter to this fabric water valve or the coil has failed on the valve,it should be 3800kohms,check the filter at the water inlet connection,hope this helps

since you can drain it
take off the back and watch what happens when u turn it on
i believe you make have a loose drain connection

FH means there is No Water or that's what it thinks.
You either have a water problem or a faulty water valve.

THIS IS TEMPORARY FIX, NOT A TOTAL SOLUTION. jUST TO GET WATER TO DRAIN AND RESET WASHER. , WITH WASHER POWERED OFF, PUSH AND HOLD START BUTTON FOR 4 SECONDS, RELEASE FOR 4, PUSH FOR 4 RELEASE FOR 4 UNTIL THE FRONT ALL LIGHTS UP AND DISPLAYS 88. sOON YOU WILL SEE YOUR CODES FLASHING, PRESS START BUTTON AS MANY TIMES NEEDED TIL NO MORE CODES FLASHING. tHEN WASHER WILL GO INTO DIAGNOSTIC TEST. aFTER THAT I DO NOT KNOW, BUT YOU CAN WASH 1 LOAD OF CLOTHES AND THEN PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC TEST AGAIN. THAT IS WHAT I AM DOING JUST TO HAVE A WORKING WASHER TOO MUCH TO FIX FROM WHAT I AM READING, SO GOING TO BU A NEW ONE ANYTHING BUT KENMORE. gOOD LUCK, HOPE THIS HELPS FOR IMMEDIATE RESCUE.

Check the cold water hose. My brand new machine had this behavior until I discovered a kink in the cold water hose - works great now.
