SOURCE: I need to change the water filter on my refrigerator
Since I didn't have the service manual, I had to play around until I stumbled into a way to remove the filter. To remove the filter: 1. locate the filter (bottom front under the refrigerator door). 2. push the button next to the filter cap until the filter is released. 3 remove the fillter and take that filter to the local home supply store to make sure you have the correct match. 4. replace cap on new filter, remove inlet protecting caps on new filter, and push the filter into place.

I have the same problem. I suspect the drain line for the auto defrost is clogged and so the water is dripping down into the fridge. (The water from the auto defrost cycle is supposed to drain into a pan under the fridge where it evaporates over a period of a few days). I have yet to locate the drain line though.

In the water supply line to the refrigerator is normally a saddle type valve where the water supply is connected to your house water line. Trace it back and shut the valve off fully then turn it back on. When some work is done to any part of your household water system sediment may have lodged in the saddle valve causing a restriction. Closing the saddle valve and reopening it may dislodge the restriction.
SOURCE: freezer leaks into refrigerator
The most likely cause for this is the defrost condensate collector tray below the evaporator is frozen over and the back panel in the back of freezer will need to be removed after disconnecting the power. Then defrost the tray and pour warm water with a mixture of Clorox in the drain to make sure the water drains to the pan below the refrigerator that is near the compressor. If you continue to have problems I will send links that may be more helpful for this problem. Sea Breeze
