You will probably just want to replace the drive but you might be able to get the disc out; check on the front of the computer's disc drive for a tiny hole. Usually this hole is near the eject button but it may not be. Unwind a paperclip and insert it into this hole. The gear that opens the drive should be right behind this hole. Gently push the paperclip against the gear to open the tray. You may have to remove and insert many times to get it open. Remember to be gentle. The drive may not be completely shot and there's no point in making it worse. Maybe the gear just got stuck. Good luck.
Just to the left of the eject button and just below the disc tray on your optical (DVD/CD) drive is a tiny pinhole. Open up a one end of a paper clip and push that end into the hole and it will release the tray and pop it out without damaging the disc or the drive.
