I got the sims exp collection vol 2 and when i try to install hot date it pops up component transfer error

file group expansion 3
file d:\setup\data2.cab
error data error (cyclic redundancy check)
and i have no clue what to do
i got sims and living large already installed

At the back of the games it should have a number on it like 1 2 3 you put them in order the one that says 1 you install first then you carry on the same ..

you cannot download sims games because you need the sims disks to play the game nad when you install the game and expansions the install wizard will tell you wich disk you need to play the game.

Is the disc clean???
Make sure there is nothing on it. You can wash it in hot water and any liquid soap.
Only wash the disc in **ONE** direction and never in circles. Just straight across._______________
Rinse and dry same way.
