Dream Vision Dream Weaver worked perfectly. Color wheel failed so it was replaced. Now it will not project an HD signal. It will project a poor quality picture on a low res signal but both RBG inputs and HDMI will not project a HD signal. We have tested many different signal sources.

Send it to Bushnell to MOD Armory for repair.

A black and white picture usually indicates the color wheel has failed or the DMD board has failed. Call 1-800-samsung to find neaREST SERVICE CENTER.

Either your Color Wheel is bad or the DMD bd is bad. You will need a trained Samsung tech to look at it to determine which it is. The Color Wheel replacement is relatively inexpensive Color Wheel part# is BP96-00250A. The DMD bd is a little more but are hard to find besides you must have a trained Samsung tech to properly align a new DMD bd. Engines cost hundreds moreand are available.

Hi, you have one of two problems, either the color wheel is going or one of the cooling fans are going, the color wheels are a very common problem in samsung dlp`s, sorry I can`t nail it to a specific part but I`d bet it`s the color wheel as they are notorious for failing in samsungs, video-tek

The lamp would make you picture dark.The colorwheel will affect color quality.If brightness is an issue = lamp.If color is the issue = Colorwheel.

I replaced my color wheel on this TV using those instructions.  Took me about an hour but it worked perfectly.  Just take your time.

convergence is out? convergence is not available in setup menu? this points to eather convergence power supply out or you might wont to look at fl231 fuse.

You can use a samsung colour wheel on the Sagems (Part no.BP96-00250AT) and remove it from the Samsung mounting. There is a black 'flag' on the motor body that tells the TV where the colour wheel is. This is different on the sagem but you can just peel it off and draw a mark with a permanent marker pen in the same position as the old unit. I've replaced mine on HD-D45 recently. Works perfectly
