You'll need to take this one to an authorized service center to have them have a look at it. My guess is that the software is corrupt, so it may just be an easy fix. You can try it yourself if you like (if it's out of warranty). Go to www.huminbird.com and register your sounder. That will give you access to the software updates and instructions.
