Hi! A pleasant day!

Here is the manual that you need.A lot of category that I found such as operating instruction, operation guide, quick set-up,specification and product brochure and its all for free.

Just click this link:http://www.retrevo.com/support/Sony-KDL-V32XBR1-TVs-manual/id/274bh543/t/2/

Use your mouse to view the table of contents. If you already view the P.D.F file of manual you can choose 1 to download or you can download all categories.

Just use your mouse and click the word download to the category you want.

After that, there's a number shown below you need to type that in the box below to download the manual.

Also you need to install adobe reader to download and view the contents of manual.
You can download the latest version of adobe reader here for free: http://www.filehippo.com/download_adobe_reader/

I hope this manual will be helpful.Thank you and good luck.

Hello Keith,

Yes, it has a built-in DVB-T* tuner which is what you need to tune Freeview channels. It also has an analogue tuner if required.

* Digital Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial

You can view the full specifications for this model by clicking on the link below and you can download a user manual from there if you need one.

I have recently recieved a Sony 32EX503U television as a present but unfortunatley I am unable to get Freeview anc you please tell me houw I set this up as I do not want to aske the person who gave me this...

Sony KDL-32EX503 32 Inch Full HD Freeview HD Bravia LCD TV Well it's got Freeview, just plug an aerial in and let it autotune from the menu. It is not clear how to get into the menu so I should have a look at the manual that came supplied with it and look under "Quick Start".
Hope that helps.

How do you retune the freeview for switch over

You may lose some channels when you retune the TV as the channels have been rearranged. To locate them look at the EPG although you may still find that some channels are no longer available on FREEVIEW. See the following link for additional information

http://www.freeview.co.uk/_retuneinfo/

If the above process does not work then check the link above for additional information and also visit the accompanying site links below to find more information for your model of TV / FREEVIEW box.

How do you connect bt vision to a sony bravia kdl 37v4000.I have it working ok on freeview only but the bt vision appears on analogue channel 6 and the vision remote changes the tele channel not the vision...

Sounds like you cant have set up the scart cables properly. Im unimpressed with BT for not setting it up for you, why didn't they?
Plus you will not need the freeview box if you have BT Vision, so i would take out the freeview box and just connect one end of the Scart lead into the back of the BT Vison box then put the other side of the lead to the Back of the TVs scart socket. Then all you need to do now if change the channel to AV1 OR AV2 or whatever channel you have.

Freeview problems

Chances are that your reception just isn't strong enough to receive the 'less-commercial' channels. Happens to us all.

Not that this is really a 'solution', but I wasn't going to post it as a 'clarification request'.

Anyway, sorry for being the bearer of bad news.

Cut out

I had the same problem with this model, seems to be a common problem across much of the recent sony range. For me the problem stopped when I unplugged the external aerial (not much use if you want to use freeview, but maybe some indicator of source of the prob ?)
